Playable on its own and with up to six players, CaraKtères offers a challenge that will appeal to players and lovers of letters. Create the most impressive words to win the first choice of letters to add to your collection. After four rounds, use all your stored letters and win! Prepare your letters, create words, complete challenges, and plan your final combination for the final round.

You start by placing two letters and a vowel in the middle, face up, and distribute five to each player. During the first four rounds of CaraKteres, you choose one of your five cards and pass the others to your neighbor. You continue this exchange four times. To win this round, you try to form the word with the highest score with your letters and the common letters in the middle. At the end of each round, you can add one or two letters and challenges to your collection. The player with the highest scoring word chooses first. In the fifth and final round, you use the maximum number of letters in your collection to compose a final word. The player with the highest scoring word wins.
