Early in the morning, farmer Ferdinand goes to the farmyard to feed his chickens. They all want to catch as many wheat grains as possible that Ferdinand throws at them over the fence. By jargoning and running in all directions, they throw themselves at the delicious grains without suspecting that a fox is approaching the fence. Fortunately, the raven noticed it: he jumps on the fence following the fox to warn his friends. When the fox arrives at the corner of the fence, the chickens are already on their way to the henhouse!
