The patrician, Vétérini, is dead, unless he has gone on holiday (which is not very similar to him), and you are one of the many who would like to take over the torch... The action takes place on a game board representing the city of Ankh-Morpok. Players will try to place their officials in the best possible position and build buildings, all using the game's 132 unique cards, which will bring most of the characters in the saga's author: Terry Pratchett to life.

The game mechanism promises to be simple: play a card and do one or more of the actions it proposes, as sometimes happens, play a second one. The game should therefore offer combos. Notice to amateurs. However, you will play a personality at the beginning of the game, without others knowing who. And depending on who you are, your endgame goal will not be the same!

If you are one of the three lords, you will have to manage to be in the majority in three specific areas of the board, but if you play Veterini (this cunning man is not so easy to get rid of), you must place your own men in the nine areas of the game. If you are Chrysophrase the Troll, then your objective is to reach a certain amount of money while the King Dragon will seek to create enough disorder in the city for the monarchy to regain its rights and the descendant of royalty to regain the throne. Finally, if you play the Divisional Commissioner, your goal will be to prevent the success of others until the card deck is exhausted...

Of course, in this city, assassins roam around, and you will have the opportunity to remove the opponent pawns from the board. Indeed: each time a pawn arrives in a place where another one appears, a troubled marker appears, allowing, by the use of cards, to make a little space on the board... Buildings will give you additional powers that will vary depending on where you build, such as warning you of a harmful event... because there will be events that happen during the game, in a semi-random way. And since we are in Ankh-Morpok, don't look for a positive event, my friends...
