Strange things are happening in the forest of Pacherlebois: rats are passing by, very angry about having lost a piece of their tail, pumpkins are missing a slice... Indeed, a party is getting ready and the magic cauldrons must be filled! The hunt for ingredients has begun. Can you be the fastest to make the magic potions? Cauldron Party is a family game in which players go through the forest (the memory) and try to find the ingredients to concoct potions and score points. Watch out, the pots will be boiling!
On each turn, a player reveals cards and pushes his luck: he can win ingredient cards if he is able to reveal identical cards and if he reveals less than three different ingredients or less than two deadlock cards. When a player can get the right ingredients to match a Potion card, they can then choose to concoct a potion, say the magic formula and score the points for the Potion card won. When a player reaches 7 points, the round ends and the game ends. The player with the most points is declared the Great Wizard of the Night!
