City Planner is a 9 map, 9 cube, 9 dice version of Town Center. Your small city is divided into several blocks that contain different areas (residential, commercial, industrial, cultural buildings, city hall or mixed residential and commercial zoning). It is a dice game where you decide where to place/block/assign the dice to get the most money/VP. During the game, players perform the following four phases in order: Roll the dice, Pass a card, Mark all cards, End of turn. The game ends after 8 rounds.
