Unmatched: Robin Hood vs. Bigfoot

In battle, there are no equals. Unmatched: Robin Hood vs. Bigfoot is a highly asymmetrical miniature combat game for two or four players. (Note that this set is only for two players, but can be combined with other sets, all of which serve up to four players.) ) Each hero is represented by a unique deck designed to evoke their style and legend. Tactical moves and luckless combat resolution create a unique gameplay experience that rewards expertise, but just when you've mastered a game, new heroes arrive to offer new confrontations. Unmatched: Robin Hood vs. Bigfoot features the titular heroes. Robin Hood and his outlaws excel at ranged attacks and robbing their opponents. Bigfoot and his friend, the Jackalope, traverse the forest for quick attacks before disappearing as a spirit image.

Battles are resolved quickly by comparing attack and defence cards. However, the unique effects of each card and a simple but profound timing system lead to interesting decisions every time. The game also features an updated version of Tannhauser's line of sight system for ranged attacks and area effects. The game features a double-sided board with two different battlefields, pre-washed miniatures for each hero and custom life counters. It is brought to life by the superb artwork of Oliver Barrett and the combined design teams of Restoration Games and Mondo Games.
