What if the formation of the Earth had unfolded differently? In Ecos: First Continent, the players embody deities who shape the planet as they wish. Alas, these forces of nature do not have the same projects and a different vision from the others. Your possibilities to create your part of the world are multiple. You can create a world identical to ours or totally imaginary. The landscapes, habitats and species that thrive there depend only on you.

The game in Ecos is simultaneous. Each turn, one player reveals tokens from the bag of elements, giving all players the opportunity to complete a map of their board and shape the continent as they wish. Elements that cannot be used can be converted into energy cubes or extra cards in hand, or they can be added to your board to give you more options as the game progresses. Mountain ranges, jungle, rivers, seas, islands and savannah, each with its own wildlife, are all in the player's options field.
