Two of the players stand in front of each other and hold a rubber band with their legs, the two ends of the rubber band having been knotted or sewn together. They spread their legs slightly so that the rubber band is slightly taut and forms a horizontal rectangle. The third player (and possibly others in addition) jumps alternately in and out of the rectangle formed by the rubber band, doing tricks, sometimes also jumping on the rubber band.
