In Cube, two to four players try to recreate the colour combinations of their task cards on the game board. Whoever fills in the required number of cards first wins. The situation on the board changes each round. The active player can choose either to place a wooden cube drawn blind on the board, or to move a cube already placed on another space. A ball embedded in the bottom of the board makes it easy to rotate the board in any direction, and the different perspectives - from above or from any of the four sides - provide multiple opportunities to complete a task card for all players, whether it is their turn or not. If the cubes on the board are on different levels or in different rows, the direction of view is crucial. Cubes hidden from view do not count.
