Dial the phone number (provided in the rules) to find out who is starting, roll the die (angrily or tenderly depending on your mood) and draw a card of the colour indicated. Listen to the fierce opponent's question and answer correctly to win the card. If you win enough cards, you win the game. Easy, isn't it?
