Happy Little Dinosaurs

These days, we feel like dinosaurs trying to avoid falling meteorites. In this game you will try to avoid all the little disasters of life. You may fall into a pit of burning lava or get ghosted by your date with a dino, but the dino that survives all of that wins the game! In Happy Little Dinosaurs, the first person to reach 50 points, or be the last dinosaur standing, wins the game! During each round, you will turn over a Disaster card, whether natural, predatory or emotional. Each player will play a Point card in the hope of accumulating points and avoiding disaster.

You should strive to avoid all of life's little disasters and laugh when they happen to your friends. If you collect 3 disaster cards of the same type OR 3 different types of disaster cards, you will be eliminated from the game. The Point cards have weapons, trinkets and good luck charms that you use to collect points and avoid disasters. Each card has a point value between 0 and 9 which you use to score a turn. You can use instant cards at various points in the game to tip the balance in your favour or save your dinosaur from certain death.

The player boards include your dinosaur's features, an escape route that you use to keep track of your score, and a disaster area where you will collect disaster cards. You will move your dinosaur along the escape route on your game board to calculate your score. Will you manage to avoid disasters or get eaten by a prehistoric whale? Only the cards can decide.
