The Phantoms extension is intended for use with Dark Souls™ : Th e Board Game. Summoners are allies who can be summoned to help you during difficult battles against the bosses. Invaders are added to encounters when characters earn Ember tokens. Invaders make an encounter more difficult, but can also give the player the opportunity to obtain unique equipment cards and extra souls.
