Rome at the time of Nero. The city is in a state of exception. Both players want to take advantage of the opportunity to seize power in Rome. We start the game by taking 10 victory points and 4 cards each. After consulting them, we give 2 to his opponent. We then place our 4 cards in front of disks representing dice (from 1 to 6). Each one performs his turn. We start by paying 1 victory point per disc not occupied.
Then roll 3 dice, and place them on the discs: Put the die on a disc will activate your card below this die. An activated card can bring victory points, attack the opponent, steal victory points or any other beneficial effect for the active player. They can also be placed on 2 other disks that provide maps or sesterces. Basically, a die is an action. We do our actions in the order we want.
Another possible action, which does not consume dice, is to pay to put (or replace) a card on a dice disc (there can only be one card per dice disc). We can obviously put a card and activate it immediately afterwards with one of the 3 dice.
As soon as there are no more victory points available, or a player no longer has victory points, we stop the game and the one with the most points wins.
