The Mission Pack 1 expansion for Death Angel includes new Location cards, a new Terrain card, and Adrenal Genestealers (a new Genestealer card type). The new Place cards provide alternative missions. When we randomly prepare the Place package, we choose whether to use the Place of Base Game cards (green background) or those of this expansion (red background).
