In Foothills, you are the foreman of a team of workers working to build Wales' rail network. Prepare the ground, lay the rails, and lead passengers to where they want to go... before your opponent cuts the grass under your feet! Manage your team properly by paying attention to every detail, and you should be able to reward them with a good beer in the pub at the end of the day.
Two players set off on a railway construction journey through the landscapes of Wales. During their trip, they will discover the sparkling waters of Cardigan Bay, picturesque villages nestled in the shade of mountains, mine shafts, etc. Use your five Action cards wisely, collect resources, remove rubble, build railways and stations, and use the spaces you unlock to win more points than your opponent. The player with the most victory points at the end of the game wins.
