The waters of Atlantis have been prosperous for centuries. With the wise and noble kings of the seas, all sea creatures lived in peace and serenity. But one day, everything changed... The cold waters of the northern ocean rushed into the warm waters of Atlantis due to underwater volcanic eruptions. The immediate and significant climate changes had unexpected consequences. The citizens of Atlantis were surprised to discover that the polar seas were full of life - unusual and unfamiliar. They did not yet know that several Nordic nations had also discovered the wealth and prosperity of Atlanteans. And they are ready to fight for the resources.
The royal city is reduced to ashes after the volcanic eruption, panic is everywhere. Even 4 brave Sea-Kings, who started fighting for the Atlantean crown, did not pay attention to the reports of strange creatures on the outskirts of the Empire... And so the polar invasion begins! The expansion Atlanteans: Frozen Waters consists of several modules. It includes all the necessary components for the fifth player, which can be used with the base game, but also brings new location types, new ocean creature cards, and an alternative mechanic, replacing the objective track in the base game.
