5 dice, 5 rounds: test PENTA-RUSH quickly! All players quickly search for different 5-box shapes on their cardboard at the same time and surround them with felt. But be careful: space is limited and the shapes must contain all the symbols of the dice thrown! In addition, the sleeve can accelerate if someone turns the hourglass over. The different 5-box shapes do not yield the same number of points. At the end of the 5th round, the winner is the player with the highest number of points.
Place the hourglass and PENTA-RUSH tiles (= 5-box shapes) in the middle of the table. Give each player a cardboard and a felt pen. A player rolls the 5 dice: all players look for up to 5 different PENTA-RUSH shapes on their cardboard at the same time and surround them with the felt pen. The shapes must contain all the symbols of the dice thrown. One of the players can flip the hourglass at any time. It can then no longer be surrounded by PENTA-RUSH shapes and the end of the round is started, which ends as soon as the hourglass has run out. For each PENTA-RUSH shape correctly surrounded by felt (maximum 5), the player wins the points indicated on the corresponding 5 PENTA-RUSH tiles placed in the middle. Turning the hourglass over brings an additional point. Note the points on the ranking board. Delete the cards and start a new round. The 5th inning earns double points, then the game ends. The winner is the player with the most points.
