Stack the "little beast" tiles to form 4 piles of the same height, locate the little beasts on top of each pile and cover them with a coloured flower. You take it in turns to play clockwise. Roll the die. If the die shows a flower colour, name the little beast hidden underneath. If the die shows a star, choose the flower of your choice. Check by lifting the corresponding flower. Did the player name the correct beast? The player takes the corresponding beast tile. Another beast appears underneath. If it is not the right one, nothing happens.
In either case, put the flower back on the pile. It is the next player's turn to roll the die. Has the last little animal from one of the piles been collected? The game is over. The winner is the player who has the most "little beasts" tiles.
