You are the youngest generation of the aristocratic Crafton family. You were all brought up together, along with your parents, uncles, cousins and grandfather Harry, in a beautiful country manor house that has been in the family for centuries. Your childhood was happy and prosperous - your family fortune meant that you never lacked for anything. But all good things must come to an end. Your happy childhood came to an end 15 years ago - an end so terrible, brutal and traumatic that it has been completely erased from your memory. The images of that horrible night are still hidden in the back of your mind: the burnt-out shed, the human remains of the adult family and the flashing lights of the police cars that took you away that night. The police never managed to solve the case. Yet there was clear evidence: a body was missing. It seems that one of the adults had locked all the others in the shed before setting fire to them.
Unfortunately, the bodies were burned beyond recognition, making it impossible to identify them... and the family member who fled. After that terrible night, you were all placed in different foster homes and gradually lost contact with each other. This 15-year radio silence was broken last week when you received a letter from Johnny, your older cousin. Johnny wrote that he could never forget your parents' murder. He claims to have developed a research method that will enable him to discover the identity of the murderer. Unfortunately, he is still missing some important information: your repressed memories. This is why he has asked you all to come back for a meeting at the scene of the crime: Crafton Manor.
At this very moment, you are standing with all your cousins in front of the mansion's entrance. Only one person is missing: Johnny. Strange, because he had promised in his letter that he would arrive before you to get everything ready and that he would meet you outside. You decide to wait for Johnny a little longer. As it's been so long since you last saw each other, you decide to pass the time by doing a short introduction tour.
