The book is divided into 3 parts: "The Prolegomena", "Book of Arcana" and "Apocrypha". The "Prolegomena" present the contents of the book, the "Book of Arcana" reveals the history of the creation of the arcanas and details the format in which they will be presented. The 22 blades are then described: symbolic, past and present activity, objectives, as well as an example of adoption (name given to the members of an arcana). Only arcana 13 (grouping the Selenim) and 21 (that of the Nephilim Agarthians) are only briefly discussed. "Apocrypha" deals with the Roma, allies of the Nephilim and the Compacts (alliance between Nephilim and humans).
The book ends with a number of appendices: a table giving the quality of the relationships between the arcana, a mood system allowing you to refine your character's behaviour and to know which arcana he has the most affinity with. Finally, there are rules that allow you to complete your character by making him the adopted of one of the arcana.
