This large supplement describes the dark brothers of the Nephilim: the "cursed" who, having sacrificed their pentacle to the Black Moon, must feed on the Ka-sun stolen from Men when they feel strong emotions (joy, hatred, love, fear...) thus giving rise to many myths such as that of vampires. Rejected by their cousins Nephilim, they are nevertheless an important part of the secret story.

The booklet begins with an account of their history and their two main structures: The cult of Lilith and Arcanum XIII (the nameless Arcanum), then it deals with the technical data: transformation, simulacrum, appeasement, imago. Immediately followed - before the detail of the occult sciences: pavan, necromancy, black kabbalah - by the knowledge that the other groups have about them; Nephilim, Minor and Human Arcana are thus reviewed. This first part ends with the presentation of some Selenim kingdoms after describing their nature.
