Imperator is a historical role-playing game by Bruno Guérin (Antika) which takes place during the long period of the end of the Republic and the beginning of the Roman Empire. It is a time of transition and the fear of change. In these turbulent times, the old Republic is transformed, giving opportunists a chance. The old Roman beliefs are overturned by the appearance of new religions imported from the farthest reaches of the Empire, although myths and legends persist. On rare occasions, your path may cross that of a fantastic creature or you may witness the magic of the Terra Incognita. In these troubled times, even the gods may give you support if your exploits catch their attention.
