Each player represents a Church with a set of doctrines (Creed). The object of the game is to have: 1) the flock with the greatest number of Followers when the Creed is complete; OR 2) a flock of 11 million Followers; OR 3) 117 votes amongst your Bishops and Laity. The first person to realise one of these conditions wins.
