The difference is in the material. Indeed, instead of street names, it is Players that you can buy. The Tribunes replace the Stations. The cards "Chance" and "Caisse de Communauté" are replaced by the cards "Home" and "Exterior". And you are no longer building houses and hotels, but bleachers and stadiums.
