What are the main differences between the two versions? The most important one: Corporations are divided into 9 shares. The president of the company (the one holding the card) is the one with the most shares (or, in case of a tie, the former president). When a player comes across a land that is not listed on the stock exchange, he can buy up to 5 shares of stock, effectively making him the President. He can later sell his shares, even one by one, or buy them back. But be careful! If another player buys more shares than him, he loses the presidency of the company. Obviously, the price of a share fluctuates during the game. It is set for the IPO, then it depends on sales (which lower the price) and purchases (which raise the price), as well as the development of the company (offices or headquarters). Speculative purchases such as buying bare land shares (without being president), and then selling them when they have one or two offices, are also possible.

A player has the right to buy in any round of the game, even if he is in jail. He can ask for 1 share of any listed company (provided the bank still holds some) or 2 of the company he is on (or 5 if it is not listed). Each player actually plays each round. When you fall to a competitor, you pay interest to the bank. The player will get his dividends when he crosses the Start square (amount calculated by the computer). The amount of interest to be paid depends on the number of shares held.

The game contains a small computer with a liquid crystal screen that allows you to record transactions (purchase or sale of stock, building), pay interest..., consult the prices, calculate dividends (when you pass the start box). It is essential to remember who owns shares in a given company. There is a Total function that allows you to calculate the balance of the securities account of all players at any time.
