Steam trains roar through the wilderness! Age of Steam brings to life the days when America's pioneer railways built the tracks that transformed America's economy. The fierce action is centered on the industrial powerhouses of the growing nation: Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago, and beyond. The competition is brutal, and victory usually goes to the player who plans most carefully. Each self-contained phase of the game forces players to make vital decisions and interact with other players. Age of Steam also allows for the development of cities, so no two games are alike.
