Memoir' 44 is a board game designed to pass on to the younger generations the memory of the events of the 1944 landings and the liberation of France. Developed under the patronage of the Mission for the 60th Anniversary of the Landings and the Liberation of France, the game traces the key events from June 1944 to December 1944, from the Normandy landings to the Battle of the Bulge and the liberation of Strasbourg. Memoir' 44 offers you to discover about fifteen famous battles such as the parachuting on Sainte-Mère-Eglise, the landings on the Normandy beaches, the actions of the resistance fighters at Mont Mouchet and in the Vercors, the landing of Provence, the liberation of Paris, the "Market Garden" operation, the fighting around St-Vith in the Ardennes, etc.

Developed as a tribute to the young men and women of this generation, we hope that the game will give you the desire to learn more about their history, our history, and give you the desire to pass on the memory of these events to future generations. Very easy to learn, quick (30 minutes), Memoir' 44 offers a wide variety of scenarios through some fifteen battles that faithfully reproduce the historical context.
