It's total chaos in the parking lot! There are cars parked all over the place. The horn concert is getting louder and louder and Michèle, the babysitter, has trouble hearing herself talk. There is only one solution left: tow all poorly parked vehicles and impound them. But it remains to be seen which ones are in prohibited parking. Michèle needs your help.
