The board shows the provinces and important Roman cities of the Western Roman Empire. There are a total of 5 provinces: Germania, Gallia, Hispania, Italia Superus and Italia Inferus. Cities are fortified with 2, 3, 4 or 5 (in the case of Rome) towers. All cities in a province are the same color.
