After the United States and Europe, Les aventuriers du rail are now setting out to conquer Germany with this edition, produced in collaboration with the Märklin company, which fans of electric trains consider to be a benchmark. This German company has been in existence for over 140 years and is the world leader in electric model trains! The game's design is based on an image bank from Märklin's collection of electric trains, and the box, along with 118 cards, will give you a glimpse of the richness of their collection. The board represents the map of Germany and introduces new elements such as passengers and goods. The game remains as easy to learn and play as the previous versions.

Players can use their passengers to collect goods along the routes they own. The goods are represented by tokens that are placed on the cities on the map. Each of these tokens earns points, the number of which varies depending on the goods. A player may place one of his three passengers on one of the two cities connected by the stretch he has just built. On the next turn, the player may choose to move one of his passengers from the city he occupies along the lanes in his color, and thus pick up the highest value merchandise from each city along the way, in order to increase his score by the same amount.
