Rattlesnake Valley is in ruins. Once prosperous, the region has suffered a terrible epidemic and the people who survived have left the area. Gradually, the buildings collapsed. Only the screams of the vultures and a few squeaks of swinging doors replaced the neighing of the horses and the laughter of the children.
Nature has regained its rights: wild grasses have grown between the railway tracks, some stunted tree roots have begun to lift railway tracks. But there is a rumour: the former gold mines of Rattlesnake Valley could be exploited again... The lure of profit is beginning to attract a few adventurers willing to risk their meagre savings in the reconstruction of saloons. Others will come to bring this sinister place back to life.
Soon, the farrier's hammer blows and the bellowing of the long horns will once again fill the ears of the inhabitants. As well as the gun shots. Duels, bank attacks, fierce poker games will fuel all conversations...
