Salem: Shadow of Cthulhu is different from traditional games. It is indeed a cooperative game: the players do not play against each other; on the contrary, they must associate to win the game. The objective of the players, aided by Sorcerer Robert Craven, is to prevent the Necromancer from invoking the Great Old in the city of Arkham. To achieve this, they will need to identify the Ancient One that the Necromancer intends to summon, gather the necessary items to banish it, and close all dimensional portals.
