The 20th century. Like all other nations, your country is engaged in a race for progress and development. Science and commerce are helping to shape its future, but at what cost? How will you deal with the inevitable environmental disasters that await you? As a leader, your mission is to make your country a place where ecology and prosperity go hand in hand. If you succeed, your nation will be considered truly developed.
