The arrival of the Battlestar Pegasus heralds a new era in the lives of Galactica's crew and the colonial government. She brings firepower and crew that will be more than useful in the battle raging against the Cylons. But under Admiral Cain's command, there is no room for compassion or pity. Brutality and hard choices will undermine the moral values of humanity. But the Cylons, in turn, are changing. The more they're exposed to humans, the more their individual plans guide their actions. In times of suspicion and desperate need, the line between right and wrong becomes increasingly blurred.
The Pegasus expansion for Battlestar Galactica: The Board Game offers players a new chapter in Syfy's TV series. In addition to the new Destination, Crisis, Major Crisis, Loyalty, and Skill cards, this expansion introduces new types of cards such as the Treacherous Skill, representing the devious methods used to sabotage the efforts of mankind. The new characters in this expansion allow players to play as Cylon leaders, who can win or lose according to their own mysterious motivations. The new boards allow characters to explore Pegasus and New Caprica. Finally, with the board and the New Caprica Objective card, mankind will be subject to Cylon laws and will have to defend themselves against their oppressors until Galactica returns for a risky rescue.
