The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès offers Cannes on a plate. A city famous in many ways throughout the world, Cannes has just added a new version of the most famous board game, Monopoly. Immortalized by celebrities of the artistic world, through pictorial or cinematographic works, trodden by all the stars of the world cinema on the occasion of its Festival and recently invested by the greatest heads of state, Cannes is undoubtedly known worldwide. City of reference, it has imposed itself in everyone's mind, through the media coverage of these great events. Its aura and its place of capital of the board games with its International Games Festival, imposed to realize a Monopoly with the colors of Cannes.
Through its Monopoly, Cannes highlights the diversity of its districts and its famous sites. Instead of the four traditional stations of the Monopoly, four access roads to Cannes are inserted, the Maritime Station, the Bus Station, the Cannes-Mandelieu Airport and the Railway Station. The prestigious Rue de la Paix gives way to the Croisette and the Avenue des Champs Elysées is replaced by the no less prestigious California district. It will cost less to settle down on the Croix des Gardes, the rue d'Antibes or in the avenue Isola Bella, renamed for the occasion in homage to a great lady of the city, avenue Isola Bella-Rosella Hightower. All the districts of Cannes are also mentioned without exception; the Monopoly even opens the privilege to build on the Esplanade Georges Pompidou!
