The "To Your Posts! "Booster includes 7 new compartments and 3 new crew members (not collectible, each booster contains the same tiles) allowing players to create custom submarines and customize their crew. The booster introduces "NCOs", crew members with special skills. An NCO is not a sailor and only one of each NCO can be present in a crew. A manual explaining how NCOs work is included in the booster.
