Of all the ground forces, Novas Vira was the only one to be prepared for the Martian invasion. When the US Marines began to retreat from Tor's reinforcements, Novas Vira troops came into play to assist the Greenville defenders. These brave men and women have received much more training than any regular army soldier, and their organization extends to the far corners of the galaxy.
