We are in 1822, after years of decline the Medina located at the foot of the Atlas is going to be rebuilt to boost its influence. The players will participate together in this reconstruction by building the most beautiful and largest palaces. As the game progresses, the city is reborn in 3 dimensions before their eyes.
At each turn, the players will place elements in the city, the palaces grow and become more valuable. Each player can acquire 4 palaces during the game, but once a palace belongs to a player, it cannot be enlarged. It is therefore a question of choosing the right moment to position yourself, especially as space is becoming increasingly scarce in the city. Medina is a strategy game with simple rules and quick game turns where it is all about opportunity and risk taking.
Since its release, Medina has won numerous awards and has been particularly well received by players. If you don't put it down or haven't played it yet, you absolutely need it in your game library, with Medina, you'll have a great time with your friends, below the reward obtained by the game : 2001 (Tric Trac d'Or).
