In 1325, on a large island in a Central American lake, the Aztecs, finally seeing an old prophecy come true, decide to build the city of Tenochtitlan, which will quickly become the capital of their empire (before it becomes Mexico City). You are a "Pilli Mexica", a great nobleman in charge of the construction of its future districts. With a system of action points, to delimit them, dig irrigation and navigation canals, officially found them before the others and counter their plans.
Build one or more temples in each district, more imposing than those built by your rivals in order to increase your prestige at their expense. Whoever has the most at the end of the game will be declared the winner and called by the emperor to the highest offices! Don't wait, the future of the city and that of your people depends on you!
Since its release, Mexica has won numerous awards and has been particularly well received by players.
