Grimacing jaws discovered rows of yellowish tusks; above the gaping mouth was a muzzle similar to that of a saurian. Huge eyes, resembling those of a cobra, but magnified a thousand times, stared into the two petrified humans clinging to the rock. Blood was flowing from his mouth, staining his scaly, flabby lips. His head was arched at the end of a long scaly neck, and behind that neck, crushing the heather and the young trees, advanced heavily a titan body with a bulging torso, resting on absurdly short legs.
