The Dreamland Underground Monsters expansion consists of three types of monsters. It includes 4 Ghasts, 3 Leng Spiders, 2 Gugs. They can be used on any map, that is to say not only on the Dreamland. Their availability in the awakened world is a sign that the limits of reality are collapsing, because the Great Ancients break the natural laws on their return.
