From the founding of the United States of America, slavery and all that it embodied has been a point of contention. Thanks to the efforts of men and women across all states, it was abolished. It is this part of history that Freedom: The Clandestine Railroad offers you to replay. In this game, players will play as abolitionists. They must try to end slavery by using their influence at key events, raising funds for their cause, and organizing the escape of slaves to Canadian provinces.
Freedom: The Chemin de Fer Clandestin was a cooperative game that evolved between the early 19th century and the American Civil War. Players will have to combine their talents to fight against the slave trade and the entire economy that resulted from it. But the merchants and other traffickers will not let themselves be taken in and will do everything they can to prevent you from reaching your goal...
This game is therefore essentially based on two aspects: Cooperation: it is your ability to work as a team that will allow you to meet the challenges of the game and thus win the game. History: the historical theme is the basis of the game... While having fun, you will learn more about American history between 1800 and 1865.
