Oceanos

In Oceanos, play the role of an Expeditionary Captain and dive to the bottom of the oceans aboard your submarine. Collect amazing animal species, discover the largest coral reef and collect unexpected treasures with the help of your scuba divers. Don't forget to upgrade your submarine during the trip if you want to bring all your finds to the surface, and, above all, watch out for the Kraken!

Océanos is the ideal family game to learn about draft and strategy, all in an idyllic maritime setting and superbly illustrated by Jérémy Fleury. Throughout the game, each player builds up his underwater expedition by placing his Exploration cards side by side, on three superimposed lines (one line per round), in front of him. Each turn, an Expedition Captain distributes the Expedition cards to the other players who choose to keep one before returning the others to the Captain.

From these cards, you will need to collect crystals to hopefully upgrade your submarine in the bases provided. Then travel more distance with a more powerful engine, expand your dive chamber to accommodate more divers and collect more treasure. You'll be able to boost your thrusters to earn more points at the end of the round or collect more fish in a larger aquarium.

The more animal species, treasures or corals you encounter, the more likely you are to collect victory points. Choose your cards wisely and above all try to prevent others from reaching their goals!!!
