You are the head of a small railway company on the East Coast, competing against rival companies to expand your rail network westward. You will have to build stations in the cities you try to connect and contribute to the development of the first transcontinental telegraph. You will also need to manage your workforce carefully, using the best qualified Workers at the most appropriate time.
