Dive into the world of builders and build monumental buildings of historical significance. In World Monuments, each player interprets a master architect and attempts to build one of four proposed buildings: The Capitol in Washington, the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, the Basilica of San Pietro in Rome, or the Taj Mahal Mausoleum in Agra.
During the first phase of each game turn, players collect bricks and jewels in the quarry. During the second phase, players add their bricks to the monument and collect points.
The master architect who scored the most points is declared the winner at the end of the game.
