In October 1888, the remains of a body were found during the construction of the headquarters of the Metropolitan Police - later to become Scotland Yard - near Whitehall. To this day, the identity of this monster, and that of its victim, remains a mystery. The Mystery of Whitehall is a subtle game of bluff and deduction set in the London of Jack the Ripper. Three London investigators are on the trail of a dangerous murderer who seems intent on replicating the horrors of Whitechapel!
