These elegantly sculpted broken trees and columns replace the cardboard versions of the basic box and improve the immersion of your parts of Mythic Battles: Pantheon. This box also contains special blue omphalo gems. Mythic Battles: Pantheon is played on different boards divided into zones. Each of these areas has a type of terrain, indicated by an icon. If the ground is empty of 3D ground, no rule applies except in special cases (stairs, water,...). If you place a 3D terrain element on an area, the terrain type is activated and a small special rule applies.
For example, if you place a tree on a forest area, the forest rule applies: forest units earn a +1 bonus against remote attacks. If you place a column on a ruin area, the units in these ruins benefit from the ruin rules and win a +1 bonus against melee attacks. Ruins and forests are examples of play landscapes, and are found on the different boards available in the main box and expansions.
