Welcome to the Wild West! The first cities are expanding and they need suitable specialists to continue to grow. In Pioneers, players strive to colonize the country by transporting their pioneers in wagons and installing them in the various towns on the plateau. Each pioneer has a specific profession and can only be settled in a city where his work is needed.
Once all the pioneers of a wagon are on the board, the player who owns them wins money and victory points. In addition, players build routes between cities to expand their network and earn money from other players who borrow them. Players who have managed to connect as many of their pioneers as they can by wisely deploying their population will be rewarded with extra points at the end of the game. The player with the most victory points at the end of the game is declared the winner!
Pioneers is an exciting game that can be played with your family and in which players must constantly take risks by adapting their strategy to a game in constant evolution.

Merlin was funded on the Crowdfunding Kickstarter (See the campaign) platform on the Sep 25, 2017, the campaign lasted 12 days. 1,031 people helped funded the game, whose the amount requested was $20,000.00. Thanks to these 1,031 people the game could be funded up to $106,334.00, ~531.67%.
