It's a great feast in the magical kingdom of Gloutama, where you play as an ever-hungry halfling who goes to the market to gather all sorts of wonderful ingredients from elves, dwarves, fairies, trolls, orcs and wizards, so that you can prepare dishes that will have everyone in the kingdom licking their fingers. In each of the four rounds of Festo!, players attempt to gather as many ingredients as possible by placing their servants according to the different races in the game - but each round consists of two phases in which players roll three dice that determine whether or not races are available for that round.
Some races may be completely unavailable for this reason, so players must decide how many of their minions to place in each phase. Once this is done, majorities determine who gets what. Who will be the smartest of all the halflings? Play Festo! to find out.
