Between the 12th and 14th centuries, Florence's great families were all more powerful and influential than each other in the fields of trade and politics. Each one tries to impose its mark on the city by building a square tower that is always more imposing than the previous one. In this game, you play as the city's great architects and fight for the construction of these great towers. You build towers with bricks of different colours, collected from the cards you play during the game.
But be careful: as soon as you start building a tower, you must enlarge it every tower or the abandoned structure will collapse. Watch out for other players' projects, otherwise the contracts you think you're fulfilling could go right under your nose! You earn Prestige Points for each contract you complete. The player with the most Prestige Points at the end of the game wins.
